Before It Rugs is run by one person, so email is the best way to reach us.

We never DM first. We will never message you first on X, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, YouTube or anywhere else. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or wallet password. We will never ask you to send money or crypto, connect a wallet or "verify" anything. Anyone who does is not us.
What to include
It helps a lot if you tell us:
- what your message is about (a wrong grade, a question, sponsorship, privacy, a purchase)
- the coin's contract address, if it's about a coin, not just its ticker (tickers get copied)
- a link to the page you're talking about
- what you think is wrong, and any evidence, such as a link to a block explorer or RugCheck report
Please don't send private keys, seed phrases, screenshots of your wallet balance or anything else you wouldn't want a stranger to see. We don't need it.
When you'll hear back
We read every message. Because it's one person, we can't promise a reply within a set time. Reports of mistakes on the site come first. Sponsorship and general questions can take longer.
We can't give advice on whether to buy, sell or hold a coin, and we can't help recover lost funds. If you've been scammed, see the risk warning for where to report it.
Reporting a mistake
If you think a grade, a piece of evidence or anything else on the site is wrong, email us with "Correction" in the subject line and the details above. We'll check it against the source data and fix what's wrong.

Privacy and data requests
To ask about your personal data, or to exercise your data protection rights, email us with "Privacy" in the subject line. Our privacy notice explains what we hold and why.
Purchases
Our guides are sold through a third-party checkout, which handles payment, VAT, receipts and the download link. For a problem with a payment, use the contact details in your receipt. For a problem with the file itself (it won't open, pages are missing), email us and we'll sort it. See the terms for refunds.
Spotting impersonators
Scammers copy the names of tools people trust. Before you trust anything that says it's from Before It Rugs, check:
- The web address. Our only website is beforeitrugs.com.
- Receipts. Receipts and download links for our guides come from Payhip, our checkout provider.
- The accounts. Our only social accounts are the YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X accounts linked from this website. We don't run a Telegram group or a Discord server.
- The ask. There is no Before It Rugs token, airdrop, presale, wallet connection or "premium signals" group. If someone offers one, it's a scam.
- Where money goes. Our guides are only sold through the checkout linked from our shop. Tips only go to the SOL tip wallet shown on this website. We'll never send you a different address in a message.
